We conduct research and analysis based on your requirements and together, we create a detailed brief tailored to meet your specific needs

Search & Shortlist
Using our extensive experience and comprehensive market knowledge, we will search for properties which provide competitive capital growth. Our process includes access to a network of agents which also provide us exclusive access to off-market opportunities.

Assess
Using our property grading system, we evaluate the assets quality, performance, history, suburb demographics and value accurately. Acting on your behalf, we liaise with professionals such as lawyers, conveyancers, building & pest Inspectors, financiers, town planners to ensure the safety and integrity of all aspects of your investment.

Negotiate & Acquire
Upon presenting our findings and obtaining approval, we take charge of the purchasing process. Including pre-auction offers, auction attendance and expressions of interest. We strive to make the acquisition as seamless as possible.

Pre-Settlement
Assisting you through crucial milestones until the settlement is finalised.
